How we process personal information in accordance with data and protection laws

We keep a record of your information in order to carry out Architectural services and we process the above information in a database called Filemaker Pro, which is compliant with data regulations. We may also send you newsletters from which you have the option to opt-out of at any time simply by pressing the ‘unsubscribe’ button.

Security and Controlling of your personal data

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We will not sell, distribute or disclose your information to organisations outside our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985, without your prior consent.

Where we store your personal data

Your personal data is stored on a cloud-based server located within the UK. Centrally storing data in this way ensures EU GDPR compliance by eliminating the risk of physical data theft, the most common type of data breach.

How long we keep your information for

We do not hold personal information for longer than required. We will retain your data for as long as is needed to fulfil our service to you, or until you tell us not to. For all enquirers that to not engage our services their data will be deleted from our records 12 months from the date of their first enquiry unless requested otherwise.

IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general Internet usage by using a cookie file, which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:
