Project description

This property was a basement and ground floor of a 5-6 storey mansion block. The client wanted to create a light, contemporary bachelor pad to include an integrated audio visual system, large open plan living areas, 3 double bedrooms and outside sauna. Significant load bearing walls were removed during the project which required a sophisticated structural engineering scheme to ensure an open plan building was achieved. A restrained palette of high quality materials were chosen throughout to ensure the end result was one of clarity and light.
