Project description

This property had an existing layout that was cramped and had badly organised spaces. The client wanted a large open plan space suitable for relaxing, cooking and eating as well as bringing the rest of the house up-to-date. The existing rear kitchen and lean-too conservatory were demolished and a new double pitched rear extension was created as well as a side return extension into an unused area of the garden. The new space was used for a kitchen, dining and day room. The project also included full refurbishment of the whole house including a new bathroom and WC cloakroom under the stairs.
