Project description

This flat was in quite a bad state when the client brought the property. It was very old fashioned and the space was not used to its full potential.  The client wanted to increase the size of her bedroom and have a good sized en-suite bathroom.  She also thought that having a big bathroom at the front of the flat was a waste of space as it was so far away from the rooms.  In structural terms a wall was demolished between the living room and dining room, and a wall was removed in the bedroom.  The big bathroom was the split into a cloakroom a small washing room and an ensuite for the second bedroom/ study.  Finally, two bedrooms were transformed into one.
